## 1. Quy Định Gắn Thẻ Khách

* Khách mới chưa ai nhận.
* Không tự ý tháo thẻ của sale khác và gắn thẻ của mình .
* Sale trực giờ nghỉ trưa có thể đổi thẻ khách thành của mình , trừ các khách có thẻ "đợi OK" . "Thẻ đợi OK là thẻ được gắn sau khi hoàn tất cấu trúc tên-sđt-sản phẩm-phí ship-tổng giá tiền và câu lệnh đợi OK"

### 2. Chia Việc Sale

* Nghe hotline : theo tuần xoay vòng .
* Check Vận đơn ghtk và ghn : theo tuần cầm hotline .
* Tháo thẻ phản hồi sau 24h : theo tuần cầm holine.
* Tiếp khách đến : theo tuần k cầm holine.
* Rep bình luận : theo tuần k cầm holine.

### 3. Trực vệ sinh

* Lau dọn mỗi sáng : xoay theo tuần lau bàn ghế và quét lau sàn + cầu thang .
* Trực tolet cuối tuần: xoay theo tuần vào cuối giờ thứ 7 hằng tuần.
